1. Our Delivery Services
Our delivery services cover a wide area within the Klang Valley, including Petaling Jaya, Cyberjaya,
Putrajaya, Klang, Shah Alam, and more. Please refer to the Delivery Area below to check the
availability and any applicable charges for your area.
2. Delivery Time
Orders placed before 2:30 pm from Monday to Friday will be scheduled for delivery on the same
working day between 10 am to 5 pm. And the last order on Saturday will be before 10:30am.
Delivery will depend on our operational availability for orders received after 2:30 pm on weekdays.
We’ll strive to arrange for same-day delivery; otherwise, it will be fulfilled the following day.

3. Weekend & Public Holiday
We’ll strive to arrange for same-day delivery orders received after 10:30 am on Saturday; otherwise,
it will be fulfilled the following day. We are closed on Sunday & public holidays.

4. Delivery during Peak Season
During peak or festive seasons like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Hari Raya,
Christmas, Deepavali, and Chinese New Year, kindly place your order at least THREE (3) days in
advance.
Due to high demand during peak/festive seasons, we’ll try our best to accommodate your special
timing requests. Otherwise, delivery will be made within the delivery date.
5. Express Delivery Service | On Demand
For urgent or specific timing requests, please contact our customer service at 011-4047 7595 for
special arrangements. Deliveries on Sundays, public holidays, or nominated timings may incur an
additional surcharge of RM30.
6. Same Day Delivery Areas & Charges: by Lalamove (KL/Selangor/Nilai)

Our delivery rates are based on the Lalamove Delivery App, ensuring transparent and competitive pricing for all your orders.
Please be aware that traffic conditions may cause slight delays in delivery.
7. Self-Pickup (Discount RM5 per items ordered)
You have the option to collect your purchase from the Petals & Chocs office, Selangor

Collection Day/Time: 10am to 5.45pm (Mon – Fri)

8. Hamper Delivery
We offer exceptional delivery services, including nationwide delivery via our postage service.
Charges depend on the size and weight of the package.
9. Delivery in Malaysia & Singapore: City-Link Postage Service
We offer delivery services throughout Malaysia, including Sabah & Sarawak, & Singapore using our
appointed postage service. Shipping time typically ranges between 3 to 10 days depending on the
delivery area. Charges are based on distance and weight. Please contact us for more details.

10. Delivery Tracking Information
Lalamove: Your order will be delivered as soon as possible after payment is made. Please be
informed that we are using Lalamove as our delivery partner. We do not provide surprise videos to cater to your needs, but an image proof of delivery will be sent to you via WhatsApp. You will be notified once the recipient receives the item/gift/fruit basket. Please bear in mind that traffic conditions may cause slight delays in delivery City-Link (Postage): You will receive your tracking number via email once your parcel is dispatched.
We typically dispatch orders within 2-3 business days. Kindly check your Junk/Spam folder if you don’t find our email in your primary inbox. You can track your order directly using the provided tracking number through our tracking system. If you encounter any issues with tracking, please
